Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. Selectboard members Lewis Sumner, Mitchell Green, and Bradley Rafus were present, as were Town Attorney Robert Fisher and Robbin Gabriel.

Changes and/or Additions to Agenda

None.

New Business

Executive Session with Town Attorney to Discuss Bak Litigation
Sumner made a motion to enter executive session to discuss a legal matter with the Town Attorney. Green seconded the motion, which passed, 3-0.

 The Board entered executive session at 7:01 p.m. They exited the session at 7:55 p.m. with no decisions made.

Sumner made a motion to direct Fisher & Fisher to file answers to the complaint filed by Kayte Bak. Rafus seconded the motion, which passed, 3-0.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:08 p.m.
