Selectboard members Lewis Sumner and Bradley Rafus met with Keith Stone, Michael Fournier, Travis Briggs, and Benjamin Barnett at 7:05 p.m. at the Town Garage to conduct yearly employee reviews. Selectman Mitchell Green was unable to attend.

Sumner made a motion to enter executive session to conduct employee performance reviews. Rafus seconded the motion, which passed, 2-0.

The Board entered executive session at 7:06 p.m. They exited the session at 8:10 p.m. with no decisions made.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
