Bradley Rafus met at 11:00 a.m. with VTrans representatives Marc Pickering and Meghan Brunk, but Lewis Sumner and Mitchell Green were unable to attend, so a Selectboard quorum was not present. Pickering and Brunk provided figures for the annual financial plan, and that document, along with the yearly compliance certificate will be reviewed and signed at the March 20, 2018 regular Selectboard meeting. The secretary was also present.
