Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 6:04 a.m. Selectboard members Lewis Sumner, Mitchell Green, and Bradley Rafus were present.

Lewis   Sumner made a motion to enter into executive session to discuss a personnel issue. Mitch Green seconded the motion, which passed, 3-0.

The Board exited executive session at 6:15 with no decisions made. Sumner advised the Board had met with an employee to discuss a personnel problem.

The meeting adjourned at 6:30 a.m.
