SELECTBOARD SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES—DRAFT
November 20 2021
CALL TO ORDER:
Sumner called the meeting to order at 2:00pm. Selectboard members present were, Lewis Sumner, Pete Silverberg, Tristan Roberts, Cara Cheyette, and Earl Holtz. Others in attendance in person or remotely were Stephan Chait, Edee Edwards, Mike Fournier and Doug and Marilou Parkhurst.
CHANGES OR ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA:
None.
OLD BUSINESS:
Continued and completed first draft of Highway Budget. Discussions about resurfacing, crack sealing, culvert protection, equipment. Board will revisit and finalize budget in early January.
OTHER BUSINESS
Division of labor re filling in secretary/admin functions.
HEARING OF VISITORS
Edwards confirmed Fournier’s salary was adjusted when he became foreman.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Motion made and passed to enter executive session for personnel issue at 3:07pm.
Board exited executive session at 4:05pm, no decisions made.
Meeting adjourned at 4:05pm.
