SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES

April 3, 2012

Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 5:28 PM.  Board members in attendance were Lewis Sumner, Edee Edwards and Earl Holtz.  Others in attendance were Jessica Bruno and Carol Wright, during the times noted below.

Hearing of Visitors

No visitors were present at the start of the meeting.

New Business

Lewis Sumner made a motion to go into Executive Session to interview people  for the appointed position of Selectboard Secretary. It was seconded by Earl Holtz.  Passed 3-0.

Jessica Bruno was invited into Executive Session.

At approximately 6:00 pm, Jessica Bruno left the meeting.

Carol Wright was invited into Executive Session.  At approximately 6:22 PM, she left the executive session.

At 6:23 PM, the Selectboard members returned from Executive Session.  No decisions were made.

The Special Selectboard Meeting was adjourned at 6:24 PM. (Followed shortly thereafter by a Regular Meeting.)
