SELECTBOARD SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES—APPROVED

AUGUST 30, 2022

CALL TO ORDER:

Silverberg called the meeting to order at 6:05 a.m. at the  Town Garage. Selectboard members present Peter Silverberg, Tristan Roberts, Paul Blais, and Patrick McAllister. Others in attendance in person or remotely were Mike Fournier, Keith Stone, Ben Barnett, and Wade Janovsky.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

Roberts moved and Blais seconded for meeting to go into executive session to do performance reviews with town highway employees. Meeting came out of executive session at 7:37 am with no decisions made. 

Blais motioned to adjourn the meeting, seconded by McAllister. (Passed 4-0). Meeting adjourned at 7:37 a.m.
