REGULAR MEETING MINUTES

December 23, 2013

Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 8:03 am at the town office.  Board members in attendance were Earl Holtz and Lewis Sumner. Others in attendance were Jessica Bruno and Brad Rafus. 

Road Commissioner’s Orders

The road commissioner’s orders were reviewed and signed.

Hearing of Visitors

Holtz and Rafus briefly discussed a property boundary issue. It was noted that small trees are growing in the area in question indicating that the movement of the pin did not just happen recently. Holtz will be providing a metal detector Thursday or Friday and they will see if they can find the pin.

Adjournment

The meeting was adjourned at 8:12 am.
