MINUTES

February 23, 2010

Following the Informational meeting conducted by the Town Moderator and the Meet the Candidates portion of that meeting, the Selectboard called the special meeting to order at 8:30 PM and immediately entered Executive Session to consider a legal matter.  Board members in attendance were John LaFlamme, Mitchell Green, and Lewis Sumner.

At 8:54 PM the executive session ended and the meeting was adjourned.
