Emergency Meeting Minutes

October 3, 2011

The Board of Selectmen of the Town of Halifax met on October 3, 2011 at the town office. The meeting was called to order at 2:30 pm. Selectboard members present were Edee Edwards and Lewis Sumner. Others in attendance were Brad Rafus, Chris Campany (WRC), Warren Summers (FEMA), Earl Holtz, and Christina Moore.

Edee Edwards made a motion to request assistance from the State of Vermont for GRR to aid in:

-Project Management

-Engineering Support

-Cash Flow

-Material

-Implementation

and to follow through on the documents from USACE.

Lewis Sumner seconded the motion, and the motion passed 2-0-0.
