ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING MINUTES

September 12, 2023

CALL TO ORDER:

Chairman Turner Lewis called the meeting to order at 7:11 PM. Other board members present were William Pusey, and Tommy Fox.  Kaitlin Stone, & Thomas Tefft were not in attendance. Tina Blais ZBA Secretary, Mike Bruno, Douglas Parkhurst, Edee Edwards, Kyle Farnsworth, & Michael Boyd were also in attendance.

CHANGES AND/OR ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA:

None

APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES:

The Board approved the minutes from 8/8/23 as written. Fox made the motion to accept minutes as written. Pusey seconded, motion passed 3-0.

NEW BUSINESS:

– The board scheduled an October 10, 2023 hearing for Kyle Farnsworth’s Conditional Use permit application.

OLD BUSINESS:

None

None

ADJOURNMENT:

The meeting adjourned at 7:15 PM.
