PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES – DRAFT
January 13, 2026
CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Tom Fox (TF) called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Other board members present were Matt Gancz (MG), Bill Pusey (BP), Nancy McCrea (NM), and Elijah Summers (ES) <via Zoom>. Jessica Cooney-PCZBA Secretary, Stephan Chait, Patricia Dow, Mary Brewster, and Kyle Farnsworth were also in attendance. Attending online was Sue Kelly.
CHANGES AND/OR ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA:
None
APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES:
The Board approved the minutes from 12/9/2025 without corrections. (TF made the motion, 2nd by NM – all ayes)
NEW BUSINESS:
Zoning Permit Form was reviewed with Listers, Patricia Dow and Mary Brewster. Kyle Farnsworth, Zoning Administrator, agreed with Listers on required information. Sue Kelly, Health Officer, had nothing else to add.
A revised Zoning Permit Form will be worked on to be presented for review for next month.
OLD BUSINESS:
Revisions, if needed, of any additional Permit Forms will follow once the newly revised Zoning Permit Form has been completed.
Board discussed breaking down the Town Plan into steps and following the checklist. Possible Municipal Planning grant will be investigated. Board will continue during next work meeting on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at 7pm.
HEARING OF VISITORS:
Stephan Chait suggested speaking with Windham Regional Commission for guidance.
Jessica Cooney wanted to clarify the discrepancy and use of the “+/-“ in regards to acres of land.
