The Selectboard of the Town of Halifax has submitted the following letter in opposition to ACT 181.
As always, citizens also may directly contact their legislative representatives with their own views and perspectives on this or other matters. Here are a few of the key participants in the development and implementation of ACT 181 including subdivision limitations, reinstatement of the Road Rule and more broadly Tier 3.
