CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Tom Fox (TF) called the meeting to order at 6:55 PM. Other board members present were Matt Gancz (MG), Nancy McCrea (NM) and Bill Pusey (BP). Elijah Summers (ES) was absent. Jessica Cooney-PCZBA Secretary, Kyle Farnsworth, Diana Conway, and Marion Canedy were also in attendance. Attending online was Elizabeth Moore and Kelsey Farnsworth.
CHANGES AND/OR ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA:
None
APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES:
The Board approved the minutes from 03/10/2026 without corrections. (TF made the motion, 2nd by BP – all ayes)
NEW BUSINESS:
None
OLD BUSINESS:
Final revision of the Zoning Permit Application Form was approved. (TF made the motion, 2nd by MG – all ayes)
HEARING OF VISITORS:
None
ADJOURNMENT:
The meeting adjourned at 6:58 PM. (TF made motion to adjourn, 2nd by NM – all ayes)
