CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Tom Fox (TF) called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Other board members present were Matt Gancz (MG), Nancy McCrea (NM), Bill Pusey (BP) and Elijah Summers (ES) <7:03 PM>. Jessica Cooney-PCZBA Secretary, Kyle Farnsworth, Diana Conway, and Marion Canedy were also in attendance. Attending online was Elizabeth Moore and Kelsey Farnsworth.

APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES:
None
NEW BUSINESS:
Board conducted Hearing of Kyle Farnsworth Conditional Use Permit #26-2:
Board reviewed questions and concerns about property and mini storage site. Farnsworth, owner, was present and answered inquiries for clarification. TF made a motion to accept Conditional Use Permit #26-2. Motion 2nd by ES – all ayes

HEARING OF VISITORS:
All visitors were pleased with the approval of the Conditional Use Permit. No abutters were present.
