PLANNING COMMISSION WORK MEETING MINUTES – DRAFT
January 27, 2026
CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Tom Fox (TF) called the meeting to order at 7:04 PM. Other board members present were Matt Gancz (MG) and Elijah Summers (ES). Bill Pusey (BP) and Nancy McCrea (NM) were absent. Jessica Cooney-PCZBA Secretary, Stephan Chait, and Edee Edwards were also in attendance.
CHANGES AND/OR ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA:
None
APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES:
None
NEW BUSINESS:
Board reviewed the Town Plan and discussed what changes needed to be made for the update. TF divided the Town Plan into sections for each Board member to tackle.
Board will continue during next work meeting on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 7pm.
OLD BUSINESS:
None
HEARING OF VISITORS:
Stephan Chait will collaborate with TF on the Conservation portion of the Town Plan.
Edee Edwards spoke about the Economic Development Summit she attended and the CHIP Program.
Both offered suggestions about which areas to be updated in the Town Plan.
ADJOURNMENT:
The meeting adjourned at 8:12 PM. (TF made motion to adjourn, 2nd by ES – all ayes)
