PLANNING COMMISSION WORK MEETING MINUTES – DRAFT
March 24, 2026
CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Tom Fox (TF) called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Other board members present were Matt Gancz (MG), Nancy McCrea (NM) and Elijah Summers (ES) <7:10PM>. Bill Pusey (BP) was absent. Jessica Cooney-PCZBA Secretary and Stephan Chait were also in attendance.
CHANGES AND/OR ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA:
None
APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES:
The Board approved the minutes from 01/27/2026 without corrections. (TF made the motion, 2nd by MG – ES, MG, TF ayes & NM abstained)
NEW BUSINESS:
Board reviewed the Town Plan with revisions that were made thus far and discussed what sections still need work. TF to contact the Cemetery Commission.
Board will continue during next work meeting on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 7pm.
TF shared that Windham Regional Commission has been invited, along with the Selectboard, for further discussion of the Town Plan at the Regular Meeting on May 12, 2026.
OLD BUSINESS:

HEARING OF VISITORS:
Stephan Chait offered advice and guidance regarding the Town Plan.
ADJOURNMENT:
The meeting adjourned at 8:23 PM. (MG made motion to adjourn, 2nd by ES – all ayes)
