CALL TO ORDER
Edee Edwards called the meeting to order at 6:00pm. Other Selectboard members present were Karen Christofferson, Rhonda Ashcraft, Randy Pike and Lori Marchegiani. There were no members of the public present during the meeting nor attending remotely.

SELECTBOARD ORDER
Selectboard Order No. 17 was signed and Edwards read the aggregate amount for orders, as amended, on March 3, 2026 for an order total of $12,613.72.

Edee led the Selectboard in a review of time sensitive matters for the Selectboard’s earliest attention in the new session following Town Meeting. A listing and note of which member has primary responsibility follows:

APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
February 17, 2026 Selectboard Regular Meeting Minutes: Pike made a motion to accept the February 17, 2026 Selectboard Regular Meeting Minutes as amended. Ashcraft seconded. Motion carried 5-0.
February 24, 2026 Town Informational Meeting Minutes: Christofferson made a motion to accept the February 24, 2026 Town Informational Meeting Minutes as amended. Pike seconded. Motion carried 5-0.
February 24, 2026 Town Meet the Candidates Meeting Minutes: Edwards made a motion to accept the February 24, 2026 Town Meet the Candidates Meeting Minutes as amended. Ashcraft seconded. Motion carried 5-0.
ADJOURNMENT
Ashcraft made a motion to adjourn at 6:36pm. Marchiagiani seconded the motion. Motion passed 5-0
